Looking for Meshes!!

Hey everyone, I'm in dire need of some help!

For the longest time i've been looking for a specific grass mesh that i've been seeing around in a lot of maps but for the life of me I just can't seem to find the download for it anywhere. I'll put an example of it down below, and please keep in mind that it's the lighter green of the two grass meshes you see there. I think that it might possible be a converted mesh from Impressive Title, but I'm not sure.

If you have any idea where I could find this mesh, or a mesh similar to it, I would be very grateful!!

Although I'm still looking for that grass mesh, I would also find it really helpful if someone knew where I could possibly find a Ice mesh that might be used for a frozen lake?

For the ice your looking for, Thierry has a fantastic ice material. Just put it on a simple square and you can resize it to thin it out and stretch it over a lake. It works great and is pretty easy to place on other shapes for different effects.
