I'll have to say Bonfire Island eaven tho im usually in Flourite.
It's my favourite probably because of the chat. It's always been and always will be interesting to listen ppls conversations there. c:

I agree with ya there x3 I like to hang around bonfire, because it's nice to have a chat with others and such. I'd say I like Flourite the most, though, because it's the most quiet place for me c:

I don't really have a favorite default public map. Simply because I find each map rather unique and enjoyable in its own way. However, when it comes to downloadable public maps, Mountains of Melandru created by Genesis199 via deviantART takes the cake. I love the way it resembles the colourful insanity of a madman's own imagination. Kind of like Alice in Wonderland with the colors used (and beautifully blended) and the general terrain. The plant life and snowy weather only compliments the final outcome- leavin' any who wander within it to marvel at the sight. Also, bein' a Skyrim fan, the map's soundtrack makes it that much more amazin'.
I've always been a fan of whimsical themes- especially if said themes are blended in with nature so I s'pose this map has immediately been labelled as one of my favorites the millisecond I stepped a paw in it.

For a public map, I'd have to say Fluorite Plains.

Of course! I'd be glad to share the link for it to any who'd like to saunter in it themselves. Ms. Genesis did wonders with this map and I'm sure she'll be pleased to see a lot of floofs appreciatin' her work.

To me, Fluorite Plains is the map for me. But I was going to say Ficho Tunnel, but thats not on the list.

Yeah, Fluorite. I fit in most there, literate wise. Also, I've done all of my mapless roleplays there, so, It's like home to me. Also, there's crap loads of room, not to mention. Other maps are just, I don't know, boring? x'D. So, yeah. Da' plains for this wolf. >:3.~
