Screenshot Is Crashing My FH

So I log into FH and select my character everything works just fine I can get into all the servers but when I take a screenshot it crashes FH i really want to take screenies of my glitches and edit them but it just keeps crashing. I deleted some of my screenshots thinking that would help but it didnt Idk what else to do please help :c

You can go to your options and rechange the button to make a new one...if you know what I mean. Or you can try reinstalling it.

o-o wow you reply fast I have it set on Direct3D9 idk if i should change it to OpenGL idk how to reinstall it can you somehow give me instructions?

I'm not on laptop right now but I'll try my best.

I think you go to your files, then FeralHeart folder.  Click on the right keyboard and delete the file. Then, once it fully gone, you re-download it. However, if that doesn't work, then idk.

to correctly uninstall a program in windows you go to the control panel>programs>uninstall a program. find "feralheart" and click "uninstall" or "uninstall/change" this will completely or almost completely wipe feralheart from your computer. if you need to delete extra files from the disk, go to the location feralheart was and delete the remaining files. reinstall the game from this website.

Its ok i fixed it already. <----- TOTAL NOOB ALERT. The screenshot folder was on my desktop e.e

all folders from the installation should be in one folder, the feralheart folder. not anywhere else.
