Unable to see presets?

I'm sure that I'm doing everything right, (there isn't really anything I COULD do wrong) but when people download my presets they can't see them. They have downloaded them before, but for some reason they can't see any of my new ones.

I'm not sure if this is an issue anyone else is getting, but I'd be greatful for some help.
Yes, I am exporting the presets and they /are/ being put in the correct folder when downloaded by other people, just they can't seem to see them.

Do you have the 1.06 patch? Do all your friends?

Yes, I am positive. I've tried getting lots of different people to download the preset, none of them can see it.

Do you have spaces in your ingame username or capitalized it wrong when you exported your presets? For example, my ingame name is Thunderheart, and my presets wouldn't work when I typed thunderheart.
If you typed it completely right and have no spaces in it, it is a bug some people here have. There is no solution to it yet.
