Help i dunt know how to mesh

Ok Twi things, i just got blender and i dont know how to mesh and i was wondering if anyone out there could help me if so please tell me how, and i dun know to get rid of the question thing

Go on Youtube.. but I warn you, Blender is NOT easy to figure out.
