What's going on with Ascension?

Hey floofs!

It appears a friend of mine and myself have run into an issue with one of the maps within the game, Ascension Island. Already my friend has lost two characters by trying to access it (no not permanently, but she isn't able to log onto them). She had me try to get into the map and like her I got the "Failure to connect to map server" message.

We were wondering if it might just be us experiencing this issue or if there happens to be a few others as well. I would assume the game just needs a server reboot to fix this? Or maybe the map is too full at the moment?

It seems there is a great possibility the map itself has crashed.
If you hovet over the very right side of the forum page a list of maps will come up. Ascension isn't on it what can see.

The only thing you can do is avoid the map for now and try again later.
The staff will fix the issue asap.

If you and your friend wants your characters back. Simply log into the forum through the yellow box at the top right and log into the user panel.
You'll be able to resetyour characters from there.

Thought so.

I already know about the character reset option, I was hoping to save that as a last resort tho because one of the characters she lost has home saved at the top of Sky's Rim, and she was just wanting to re-climb Ascension to beat her boredom, plus she's a lazy floof so trying to get her to do the character reset is more or less a lost cause lol. As for my character I lost going into the map I'm not worried.

If her home is set on top of Sky's Rim, you can just send the character home instead of resetting the home entirely. No need to worry bout loosing your home place.
