Are you leaving parts transparent like they should be? And are you naming it User_charmane.png like it says in your coding?

yes.Because of the image is 512x512 and i colored it all,there aren't transparent parts.And yes,i always use png (the other mane types load,so the script is correct,but fluffy mane doesn't load!)
should i lock transparency even if there isn't?

On every mane texture for FeralHeart, there should be transparency. Load the fmanemask2, and lock transparency, then color.
