I cant see the floor!

Okay,
Problem 1#So when I walk and run around in the game, I cant see the floor/ground. It looks like all the objects and people are just            
                   floating in the sky!
Problem 2#  I also cant see water (rivers, lakes, oceans) But I can still fall into it!

I have already tried re-installing

I need help desperatly! So if you know how to fix these problems just post!

Try re-installing! Sometimes that will fix it. c:
