Stuck in a rock?

My character was jumping up on a rock, and I guess there was some kind of glitch, and now she is stuck in the rock. And I can't get her out. No matter what I try, she won't come out.

Try to run and jump, and press PrtSc. If that doesnt work use your homepoint and go home
