Trolls, stalkers and bullies.

you look behind you and see the person that has been following you since you left Bonfire Island, and yup, their spreading rumors about some one, and you don't know if its you or some one else. so, what do you do? do you ask them politely or tell them off to a ADMIN at first sight. truth be told, idk what to do. any ideas?

In the case of a possible stalker I would take a slower approach because of course it may be a coincidence. But in the case of definite bullying or trolling I'd report them lickety-split.

If they are continuing to harass you and refuse to stop, then it is report worthy and must be sent into staff. In order to file a proper report you must take screenshots of the whole thing. Like from beginning to end on the situation. You are able to take screenshots by pressing your Print Screen tab on your top right hand side. Go into your Feral Heart Folder and retrieving it, and then sending thous images to a staff member by uploading your screenies in Photobucket or Tinypic.

However if the matter is just that they are annoying you and or irritating you in any way, its best to just block them and everything should be fine from there.
