Gateway is your computer, the main thing you will need to worry about if your going to run feral heart smoothly is a good graphic card and a processor. I am sure your laptop can run feral heart without a graphic card. If you do not have an updated processor then most likely your feral heart settings will look terrible. Your OS (Operation system) A.k.A. your "Windows" Should not effect how the game runs.
However If you wish to run feral heart in good condition. It is best if you have a decent processor such as an i5 or a higher processor and a good graphic card. If your planning on doing more frequent gaming then a processor acting like both a processor and a graphic card is not going to cut it.
You will need a good graphic card and processor if you are going to game a lot. Probably an i7 (i5 works pretty good as well... but if your going to more hardcore games... i7 or higher...) Amd is a good graphic card, can be pretty worth the money... and most recent retail laptops have an AMD graphic card. If you are going to go high end, then going with Nivida is your choice. However Nivida is more pricier then AMD. I had to pay 1.2k for my gaming laptop but it was worth it as long as you know how to take care of it and not put a virus onto it.
