Game Help / The Front Server, I can' t connect to it.
« on: December 30, 2013, 07:30:04 am »
This problem has been with me for months and a year till the point I have just given up on FH completely.

- I can't connect to the front server.

I don't know why, I just can't connect. My internet connection is fine, completely fine, I have tried multiple times to log into Fh- but it gives me the same error. Its not my firewall or protection or anything like that, I disabled it and it had the same effect, I couldn't connect to the front server.

This problem started way way back, when Feralheart had this crash and wasn't on for a while, from then on when they said it was back online, I couldn't connect.

Everything on my computer is fine, nothing is blocking Feralheart from working, I'm pretty sure the server isn't down (?), but still when the server is up, I still can't connect. I can't log in, nothing.

Dog Town
"The city of the canines."

The History

In the once bustling city of Skypoint, various domestic canines run free and wild, and due to it being closely connected to a nearby forest, the occasional wild canine may be found roaming the great lands of a once beautiful nation of people. It used to be full of many people, the population was great, and it was a good place to live, however after an attempt at using radiation, the humans were forced to leave the city, and move somewhere else, a radiation leak causing many of the humans to become sick, and quickly die. The military has forced out all of the humans of the city,  yet those who tried to stay in the once wonderful city have died due to the sickness that comes from the radiation in the area.

The canines however are not as affected by the radiation, any house-pets were either taken, or left behind by their humans, while strays just remained the same, roaming the streets. The canines now own the city, and the city has been renamed to Dog Town due to this, but Skypoint is still used by most of the dogs who know about their home. No human dares go back to this radiation-leaked area, yet what most humans didn't know is that the radiation has gone nationwide, spreading to other towns and nearby cities and causing the same effect that happened in Skypoint to happen there, which is why- most of the canines believe that humans are extinct, as almost none are seen, unless from the occasional plane that travels by the city to see what has been going on.

Wolves, foxes, coyotes and other canines now roam the city, even the occasional feline can be spotted. However, as years went on, the radiation began to affect some of the canines, some dogs had mutated into beings that are dangerous to others- it has an affect similar to rabies, yet they are hyper-aggressive, and usually their brains began to think of other canines as food, and that- their only food, canine eat canine. The ones with this virus are random, it had seemed that almost any canine could get the virus, yet once more, as years went on, some canines grew immune to such a virus- and soon, the city was once more slightly safer then before, still, the rare 'zombie' dog may be found, but their bite isn't contagious- they are just as dangerous as any other random, aggressive canine in the city.

The radiation has advanced onto some canines, some canines that have been affected by the virus develop strange abilities, and don't become sick, but this chance is very few, and it seems only a limited amount of canines have been affected in this manner. They are immune, yet develop abilities most would note as weird. In this world, generations of canines have been born with powers and weird abilities, some canines are related to ones who have gotten the strange virus and have abilities of their own, but the majority of the canines in the city are normal.

You play a canine in this hard world. Times are hard, and food is pretty scarce in the city, do you have the will to survive?

The Locations

The Garden of Flora
Garden of Flora is a park that was once well-known in the city of Skypoint. Humans often went to this city due to how beautiful and stunning it was, it housed a lot of vegetation of the world, and it was an overall very pretty place, with flowers and plants everywhere, and even a river that splits through the park. However, this park has quickly become abandoned by the humans due to the radiation. The park is in the main area of the city, in the center- it has a river run through it with a bridge going across it, and trees are almost everywhere- creating the image of a beautiful forest.

The Mainstreet and City
The mainstreet used to be a lively place of crowds of people bustling about, but now- it is usually inhabitiated by canines that roam the city, doing important errands or just chatting with one another. There is at points and occasional fight, but usually, the mainstreet is pretty much a rather friendly place, but the alleys that are around are pretty dangerous. Dogs can been seen around the street, doing various things in the city and what not. The city is huge, and is connected to a great forest. They are many houses that are on the mainstreet, and most of the time, the houses are open and free to be claimed. Most houses in the mainstreet are claimed by the various dogs that inhabit the city.

The Junkyard
The junkyard is pretty large, and it fits its name, there is a lot of junk.  The junkyard is guarded by steel fences, with barbed wire on the top and a gate at the front, however- the gate is usually opened. Holes are found in the fence as well, made by multiple dogs- so there is really no point for the fence anymore. There is much trash in the area, yet it is the main area dogs go to find food- which is why this large area is usually were most fights break out. Food can be often found in the trash- but be cautious, a wrong pull of an item can bury a dog in the mass amount of junk in the yard.

The Playground
The playground is a very old one indeed. It used to be greatly used by the humans, yet you know the story of them leaving, and now- it is rusted and breaking. Some dogs occasionally come to play on the equipment, yet most of it is unstable and half-sunken in the ground. It is a well-known area, as in its pretty much in the main part of the city, it is a pretty abandoned area though, and dogs aren't usually seen there. It is also pretty dangerous, as you can easily injure yourself on the broken equipment.

The Pub
The pub is an abandoned building in the city that is well-known by most dogs. Some strays that used to be in the area before the humans left were often given a drink by some of the drunk people in the pub, but now that they are gone, the canines have taken this building over. Due to the mass amount of alcohol here, dogs are often found here, and even though it is bad for them, most dogs are too drunk to think about that. The basement is were most of the alcohol is kept, and most of the time- dogs are found taking bottles and smashing them open, and lapping up the liquid.

Soothing Waters Hotel
Soothing Waters Hotel is a beautiful hotel that hasn't been used for years by the humans. This area has become a place for the dogs. This hotel is used often by the canines that roam this city, due to how big it is, and the quality of the rooms in this beautiful hotel. The rooms are huge, almost all are first-class, and most of the rooms are in a good condition to be used easily by dogs, which is why most of the rooms are claimed by the dogs in the city, becoming their permanent home. Soothing Waters Hotel has at least twenty floors, each floor has about fifteen rooms on it, which is why most dogs have taken such a liking to it. Even the elevators work, and most of the dogs are smart enough to know to press a paw to the buttons leading to each floor.

The Beach
The beach is a large-sized, sandy area where the water laps at the shores, like most beaches. The typical salty-water smell is here, and the soft, cold sand is full of crushed seashells of different sizes are here, this beach is lost most you'd find in other areas. The sea is usually calm, and with it being summer- this place is usually full of dogs trying to cool off in the waters. It also is a place most dogs go to hang with friends, bask in the sun, or overall enjoy life. Seagulls inhabit this area, and sometimes are a snack for some of the canines who go to the beach.

The Dog Park
The dog park was once a large area where humans used to bring their pets to train and overall have fun with other dogs of their own kind. It wasn't known for its beauty, but for more of its giant field. Dogs sometime use this area for their own use, if they want to make friends, just hang out in the dog park. The field is huge- and there is even some agility equipment and some woodland paths for the dogs to explore. This place is pretty peaceful, and dogs usually chill out here.

The Pound
The pound was once an area were strays were caught and forced to be in this building until they were adopted. Many animals were euthanized in the past, due to the massive amounts of strays in the city, yet with the loss of the humans- many strays are stuck in this building forced to rot unless a dog comes and tries to help them out. Yet not all dogs are able to escape, this pound is big- and its full of strays that haven't been let out in years. The food is old and stale, the water is tasteless, and if your caught in this situation, its rare that you'll live another year. You better hope for another dog to be kind enough to come and help you out, or you better hope that you have enough strength to break out.

The Docks
The well-kept docks is where all of the ships and boats come in, yet as years past- boats or ships rarely come to the city, this dock is close to the beach where the canines come to enjoy. It usually is a beautiful and clean place, as dogs often come to hang out and watch the water- due to the fact the boats aren't found around anymore. It is usually noisy with some dogs going around, and can even be seen as a cheerful place.

The Forest
The forest is a great land next to the city, with trees and plants of many kinds. The vegetation in this land is great, and some canines are here, often exploring the massive forest. It isn't unusual to find rivers in this area- as it is a very big wooded area, and a place full of many animals that some canines can hunt. The woods are also a place many dogs come to socialize and meet other canines, and hang out with other dogs.

Forum Games / Silverwish: WC story game
« on: November 18, 2013, 03:44:07 am »

S i l v e r p a w

This game is about four forgotten clans who were driven out of their old lands many moons ago by a mysterious very deadly disease that they have long forgotten.

The four clans, Sun, Moon, Sky, and Dawn have all been thriving and doing well in their new homes and territories for countless moons- raising young kits, and making tough warriors. The cats were healthy, plenty of food everywhere, each clan was able to catch their own food, and times of peace allowed them all to grow strong, and plump, with peace dancing among each and every clan.

But everything good must eventually, fall.

You will be leading the life of a young kitten named Silverkit, the smallest of her litter- suffering from very slight Cerebellar Hypoplasia, an impacted gait. Has starclan made you just to show their sense of humor? Are you destined for nothing great, nothing important?

Or are you destined for something, greater? Are you the one in the new and up-coming prophecy?
Do you have powers dancing in your wobbly paws?

The only thing I can tell is that secrets are going to come out, and the results will be chaotic.

Plot: There are four clans, yet we are going to make the primary focus Skyclan. Silverkit, the cat you will lead the life of was found during a patrol, it is unknown just were she had come from, yet Skyclan's pure heart wasn't about to leave a kitten freezing cold during the winter. Despite your small size, you were given to a queen, who became your new mother. You have grown up- not knowing that you weren't actually related to your family.

How you play: I will be writing a simple, basic paragraph, and then give you some choices that you can select to make the story progress in a certain way. An example of the game will be below, so you can see what I'm talking about and not be confused/understand the game better:

S i l v e rkit had woken up next to her mother, only to see the snout of someone poking into the nursery. The scent was something she had never smelled before. Her natural curiosity beamed through, yet her instinctive fear also kicked in, she didn't know what to do. The sound of something digging had begun filling her sensitive ears- adding onto both feelings. Was it another cat, or was it dangerous? Could something dangerous sneak into the camp? Silverkit was stuck between choices.

A - Go investigate, and see what it is.
B - Wake your mother, and let her go investigate.
C - Call for help immediately, it could be a fox!

Then you guys- would respond with what choice you believe is best, and after one choice gets a lot of votes, ill write the next paragraph. Then it goes on and on, ect. Some choices can have bad results, while some choices can have good results, its up to you.

Be sure to make your choices wisely, as Silverkit is in your hands.

The b e g i n n i n g

Silverkit liked to look outside the nursery.

Fog-tinted fairy trees stood together- united in a barbecue-red leaved forest. Muffling winds deaden all sound in the forest and slow the billowy bells of cloud. The rain that darkened the moods of all drenched all of the cats in the camp of Skyclan, the drops of water were not the soft, sodden, swollen raindrops of summer- not the light, refreshing drizzles of spring showers- but the plump and pregnant raindrops of autumn.

The mist that floated around the camp, and the lake near it gave Silverkit a hint that she was still in the nether world between night and day. She had woken up, earlier than most of her siblings, and was able to watch the storm that had begun only a few moments ago form and break. Silverkit was able to watch the mist linger over the lone waters of the river near their camp, lone and dead like a phantom's veil; soundless, voiceless, and soulless, it slid away. Their waters were sad and chilly, yet full with the water dropping from the sky, the tears from the clouds. The woods were grey, yet strangely colorful- splashes of orange and red showing the signs of fall.

The sense of peace was interrupted by the sound of a voice.

"Hey Silverkit!" was the words she had her. The sudden change in atmosphere had made her quickly turn around with a hiss- her fur fluffing up in instinct and her small claws digging into the dirt. She had calmed when she had realized it was just her sister. Her sister's fur was burnished, almost coppery- a distinctive feature which always made her know that that cat was her sister. Lagoon-blue eyes were mellow and warm, and her paws twitched with the hyperactive and agile personality that lay hidden in them. "Erm, hey, Oakkit." She had said sweetly, her fur flattening on her back.

"Its a nice day, isn't it?" Oakkit had said, looking outside. Silverkit narrowed her galaxy-blue eyes in suspicion. White-furred back bristling lightly, her tail beating lightly against the floor at her sister who was glancing out of the nursery with a glint in her eyes. "Its raining, what are you getting at, Oakkit?" Silverkit had asked bluntly, head tilting lightly. Oakkit had sighed, looking around nervously. "Well, Coldkit asked me to get you to want to come with us to go and explore." She had said suddenly. Silverkit looked at her in confusion. "But Coldkit is asleep." She had stated, in a matter-of-fact tone, before she heard the light chuckle of her brother fill the air.

"I'm awake, now can you lower your voices, we don't want to wake mum or the other kits and their mothers." Coldkit had spoken, green eyes darting around mischievously before landing on Silverkit who had looked at him with a frown. Coldkit and Silverkit never got along, even if they were siblings. The brown-furred male constantly picked on his smaller sister, making them the two who argued the most. He teased her daily, and constantly. "I was asking if you'd like to come with me, Oakkit, Treekit, and Mousekit. We were going to explore. The warriors wouldn't notice- its raining, everyone is grumpy. So why don't we go and explore?"

Silverkit looked at him. If she didn't do, she'd be considered baby, something that everyone would call her. Everyone thought she was fragile, and she didn't like it. But- if she went, what if something bad happened? They'd get in trouble when they were found, too..

What should she do?

A - Go with them, prove your brave.
B - Don't go, dignity is an excuse for the stupid to justify their own suicides.
C - Wake up your mother, you don't want your siblings getting hurt.

M a g i c an ability so t r a g i c
S h u n n i n g and dissing builds h a t r e d
D a r k brews away from the l i g h t

In the magical world of Fiagap- a usually peaceful place of various species and different creatures, live many civilizations of human-based species. Humans, Hybrids, and others- complete animals, all live together in different lands and cities, and towns. It has a world similar to one of earth- however they have different properties, and cities. This world also contains spirits- usually the spirits are all white spirits, and they reside in every species in Fiagap. The white spirits usually take each species as its host, meaning they live and die with the person they are with, and each person at birth receives a spirit, people with white spirits, are pure.

However- not everything is white, pure, and peaceful in the world of Fiagap.

T h i s is were things gow r o n g

A very long time ago- a male baby was born, the doctors of Fiagap had assumed it was an average baby, but they were wrong, oh so wrong. He was the first baby with a black spirit dancing inside his soul. It was unlike any white spirit- it corrupted him slowly- so no suspicion would arise amongst the species of Fiagap. It  took his mind and his soul, forcing him to take on dark beliefs and thoughts. The spirit evil. It wanted to see chaos and death. The child it had taken over followed its commands. It had gained the power and strength of the black spirit, something white spirits could not give to the host that they had chosen. The reason why the spirit was so angry at the species of Fiagap was only told to his host. Each species on the world was made from the powers of Fiagap- from the very core. Spirits had seemed to live in the world before the first humans, hybrids, and animals had walked the earth.

The black spirit had commanded and directed the weaker white spirits- as the spirit was more powerful than them, and the black spirit had grown angered at the new things in his world, which the white spirits didn't seem to mind. He wanted to get rid of them. The new creatures at first were born into a overly, harsh and cruel world, many of them dieing due to the dangerous black spirit who was chaotic and unforgiving. But the spirit had grown weak during his time of chaos. He was the only black spirit who could cause such harmful things to happen. So when he had run out of power, the humans were able to grow and flourish- creating cities and civilizations. He was unable to regain his powers. So he had waited in the shadows, watching as his fellow spirits just seemed to roll with everything. They had taken hosts, it had seemed. It had taken him a long time to decide on a host.

The one who would help him defeat the now advanced creatures of Fiagap was name Viente.

The child had the first abilities of a magic user. His parents hadn't noticed anything strong with their child, as the spirit had forbid him from showing any sign of an evil attitude. For the species of Fiagap were wise in the way of the black spirit, no matter how long he had gone. As he had thrived in the human host, he had also regained his powers. Viente would be the first human who would have magical abilities. As he had grown, the spirit and him had begun to devise a plan. Each day, hour, the spirit would teach him how to use the first strands of dark magic. It had corrupted him all the way until he was an adult. As an a adult he was strong- and he had been completely controlled by the black spirit. Viente's control of his mind and body were gone the moment the spirit deemed it was time for him to cause destruction. He had taken the world by surprise- a human who could control magic was surprising, and the fact that he was using it for the bad had caused chaos.

But the species of Fiagap were wise, and resourceful.

It didn't take long for the species of Fiagap to learn the ways to fight off his magical abilities. In the form of machinery, they learned to make weapons that could repel the darkness. Once more- the angered spirit had fought and fought until he was weakened. But this time, he couldn't have a host- this time, he would officially die, for even though he was powerful, he was not as wise at the advanced species of Fiagap. He had pushed himself to the limit, striving to defeat the creatures who had destroyed and built on his world- but he had failed. Yet he had left one last parting gift to destroy the peaceful lives of the Fiagap people. He had left tiny black spirits- which known by the species of Fiagap, the creatures of darkness. They took the bodies of great creatures, programmed to destroy the species of Fiagap, and all of their creations- intent on destroying the species.

However, man was still very wise, full of passion- and still very resourceful. This had led them to a solution. A solution that would help them even the odds between the two clashing species. Great machinery, with powers- helped them defeated the creatures of darkness. They feel safe, for they have warriors that are at work defending the world. But every great civilization that strives, must eventually..

f a l l.

T h i s is were things got b e t t e r

Magic has seemed to grow in the world, despite the death of the black spirit. Advanced white spirits taking only a tiny bit of hosts are being found, various species of Fiagap are being reported to have strange abilities. It seems the spirits in these beings are strong, similar to the black spirit, yet slightly weaker. They are the trainers of these magic users, yet with good intentions, pure. Since the species of Fiagap had been growing through a time of great peace, the magic users were able to become strong and educated. So strong and educated that a school dedicated to magic and fighting has been born.

Even the school is called the academy of Magicka, students who wish to train to be warriors even if they do not have powers are still allowed to go. They are normal humans, hybrids, or animans- nothing out of the ordinary. They are called the unmagicked, yet still get the same rights and privileges of magic students. Unmagicked students do not have the same classes as the magicked students. Their classes usually consist of all the unmagicked species in the academy. There are teachers there that are willing to train students without magic in the way of fighting or healing, ect. They are still able to build their own weapons, and mages will infuse powers into their weapons if they wish.

The magicked students are the ones with the ability to use magic. This power is almost always inherited when two advanced white spirits have a child, yet for some reason it can happen randomly in families who have no history with magic. Magic students usually have classes that are different from unmagicked students, as most of their classes will have to be different. They have the same rights as the unmagicked students, so everything is equal. Both classes of students have the same lunch, and live in the same quarters. Meaning, two magic students and one unmagicked student can live together in one room. When going on patrols or missions, the two classes can also be paired together.

For many years this school has taught many of the magic users found in the world of Fiagap, and also species who wish to be warriors, yet have no powers. Most magical users are warriors as well, defending the world and protecting it from the creatures of the darkness. It is mandatory for parents with magical children to send them to the school on their eighteenth birthday, were they are taught how to control their magic. But with every school comes drama, romance, fighting- and tragedy. So you may come along, join this school as a warrior- and train your abilities, but be warned- darkness brews away from the light. The creatures of the shadows are growing stronger, and spirits within others are darkening.

Year 2208, C.E

"Each and everyone of you is here because this rotting city won't cleanse it self from those who break the rules."
"That is why you are needed to keep control of the city."
"You need to maintain order, and use brute force if necessary."

"This is an advanced training course, for you all are now eligible for more privileges."

"The Organization rules this area, and the government runs the show, so you W I L L answer to our commands."
"You W I L L dispose of those who rebel."
"You W I L L NOT hesitate to execute these actions in order to preserve the Organization's standards."
"In order to maintain directive, there needs to be fear within the people."

"People who fear will not commit acts of rebellion."
"They will not try to rebel against the Organization."
"While this canine force is here to establish this dominance, you are here to serve the Government and follow our system.

"All of this we teach is for the greater good."

"Human police are needed elsewhere, more important than scurrying the dirty streets."
"Remember, if you are disloyal, or defy our goals, you will be permanently.."

-------------------------------------------------------I n f o r m a t i o n ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Earth has become freezing cold, with most places too harsh to inhabit, mountains have formed into ice and eroded into treacherous peaks caused by the cold, gusty winds. Although very dangerous, humans found refuge within these structures by excavating circular habitable zones; establishing cities surrounded by giant walls. These places are protected from the harsh winds and chilling cold, but they are nothing more than a desert wasteland surrounded by ice, barren and dry. The government took over what was left of the human race race, monitoring the citizens under strict control.

Dogs are prohibited and are used for something more "useful." They are not allowed to be domesticated family friends, but instead, sent to the Organization for training. These dogs are used to keep order within the cities, and will use force without hesitation. They had become corrupt and savage because of the Organization, which caused the citizens to fear these animals as the years passed. Half of this canine force are machine apparatuses, who are in complete control by the Organization. The Organization is the government; they rule by fear and power, and the Earth has fallen victim to their corruption.

This role-play is about this idea, that is based off of a video called Eighty-six, made by a youtuber named SumikoOneeSan.

"Most dogs don't remember much, but most do remember seeing four blank, white walls. You must know them. They remember the floor being always hard and stone cold, and the air in the room, forever stagnant. Which I am sure you know now recognize. Many hear the barks from the other fellow canines, some sounded mostly dog, some sounded part mechanical, and others all machine. You and me hear them almost every day."

"All of the canines in the Organization were born into this world, taken from their mothers and taken to the Organization, just like you and me. Many of the ones brought here know that nothing there seemed natural. All of the canines there have been trained to think like one of the Machine Dogs. You are in training now, pup. I ask for you not to become one of those brain-washed dogs, keep your beliefs, yet keep them to yourself."

"Some dogs didn't have mechanical parts on their body, the reason being they were part wolf. That was considered rare, and the Organization sought not to tamper with this naturally occurred phenomenon. You are part wolf, and your tag reads '90'. That means your are ninety percent wolf. Other dogs, as you can see- almost always had a mechanical part on their body, while others, were called the Mechs- for they were completely machine, with no heart. They were controlled by the Organization."

"Some of the canines here don't dare to stand up to the Organization or their followers- yet almost everyone has their beliefs. Secretly, I have been forming a plan with group of canines we are plotting- to escape the dreaded place. I ask for you, pup, to stay here. If I do not come back, I am afraid that I am dead. If I do come back, it will be for me only to come back and rescue you. My only advice for you, is that this world has become a dangerous place, and in order to survive..."

"- you must have patience."

These were the words spoken by the one wolf who had rebelled against the Organization. Many canines scared to join her group, didn't dare rebel with her. In the end- her plan had backfired, and she died, along with the many canines who also rebelled with her. Years have passed, and the Mechs believe that no other rebellion is going on, yet the one pup who she had spoken to, is still alive, yet she doesn't dare speak up about her beliefs, just like her mother figure had told her. She however, has a plan that she hasn't told anyone.

A plan to escape.

You will be playing the many dogs who want to rebel against the Organization.
Will you make it out alive along with the others, or will you perish trying to escape?

----------------------------------------------------- .L o c a t i o n s and D o g s. -------------------------------------------------------------------

The city is a barren, dusty, desert like area, with the many sand-brick homes of it's inhabitants. The area looks like a wasteland. The city is surrounded by huge, mountains that are white and covered in snow. They are huge and treacherous, and the doors leading out of the area are locked, always guarded by the humans, and other Mechs just in case. The city is guarded by the Mechs- and it is common to see a patrol of them and other dogs strolling through the many streets. The Organization is a lab-like place, home to the humans who make and train the many dogs who work for the Organization. It is home to the many people of the government, yet downstairs- in a locked area, is where the main lab is.

There are many rooms that house many dogs, the organization similar to one of a kennel. The rooms are blank and white, and the floor is hard and stone cold. The air is stagnant, and the only items in the rooms are food and water bowls. A button is pushed by its inhabitants if they are hungry or thirsty, and water or food pours into the bowls. The food is tasteless, and the water tastes of metal. There are doors on all of the cages- that lead into the rooms, yet there is a back-door for its canine inhabitants, that leads into an area outside- that is fenced in by tall walls so that the dogs do not escape. Inside the downstairs, are rooms for many things for the canines, such as meeting rooms and training rooms.

The dogs are corruption, they are created by corruption. They are programed only to know the knowledge within the walls of the city. The powers to reign over the subordinates under their control is their purpose. They are not living organisms. They are living machines created out of countless parts. They were created for the sole purpose of controlling and directing the other dogs. They are a tool for the Organization. They can't feel, they don't have emotions, and they follow all of the commands without hesitation. The dogs that are called Mechs, have slowly turned into a synthetic, full machine- and become completely stripped of their existence to remain a living organism. All the dogs are taught that the methods of the Organization are the correct way.

The dogs that are in the organization were replaced by machines if they were seen as weak, or too poorly structured to serve a purpose. An example would be that if a dog has a broken leg, the Organization simply replaces it with a mechanical device. If the dog is suffering from internal damage, the Organization simply replaces their heart, lungs, intestines, and the entire internal structure with perfunctory devices. If the dog is old, the Organization simply replaces their dysfunctional part with apparatuses. If a dog has no use at all, they are culled. Other dogs are simply infected with many chemicals to have some sort of other use. Some dogs that are not played with, are wolves- for they are rare.  The only things that the ones that are mixed with wolf are exposed to- would be chemicals and tests.

. Be a nice person, no likes to associate with rude people. If you and another person want to argue, don't disrupt the roleplay, keep it to yourself, or work it out in private messages.

. Be active! Many people in this role-play will be important in terms of moving on in the role-play and thickening the plot, so please don't die out in the role-play, and if you want to leave, kill your character off or something.

. You are allowed to have two characters, nothing more unless you ask and you show you can handle more than two characters. You can't play a mech, yet you can play a dog with mechanical parts, or a dog part wolf, ect. You can't be completely wolf.

. No Gary or Mary Sues. No one is perfect, and your character shouldn't be either.

. This is a literate role play, so be sure to use correct grammar and spelling. You must have two paragraphs for each post, with five to seven sentences. No one-liners or overly short posts.

. God-modding and power-playing is not allowed, in your post, simply 'try' to lay a bite on the other instead of auto-hitting them. You aren't allowed to control others characters unless you have permission.

. Unusual colors or markings are not allowed, and collars and jewelry are not allowed- however, all dogs that are not mechs carry tags that read their information. All breeds are accepted. This is a canine role-play, so no other species, please.

. You can't automatically escape from the Organization. Mechs are everywhere- and kill without hesitation. There is no way in or out of the Organization, the only exception being the special orange cards the humans carry around. The fence that stops them from leaving the outside area is tall, and  has a fenced off ceiling as well. This must be a dragged out process so that the plot can actually go on, and so the role-play won't be so short.

. Romance amongst characters is allowed- if you have time for it, and if your characters can manage to find love in such dark times.

??? ???? ?? ??? ????????? ?????
The prey that once was abundant in this land has seemed to be gone- no food- nothing left but small creatures that are mostly a snack for the wolves. Bigger game has run out- they aren't anywhere- and how degrading it is for the pack of wolves that currently led that territory. They were once strong and mighty, the most feared pack throughout the forest and now what? Now they were resorting to snatching up smaller creatures and even resorting to cannibalism if they had to. How disgusting, those smaller canines, wolves aren't supposed to eat one of their family- which is why they have resorted to hunting something worse. Humans, or even human cattle. The poor wolves know the consequences, but the alpha is running out of decisions, and all the arguments are causing many bloody fights, and now distrust is now dancing about in the pack! The poor alphas  alone in this leadership they both don't know what to do; they try to reason with the pack- but frustration is causing most to go crazy. The alphas have begun to think they should follow what the prey are most likely doing, leave and find a paradise, nothing else is going to come but bad if they stay at their territory, what worse is that the smaller ones they are feasting off of are coming down with a sickness, any wolf caught eating an infected one should be killed immediately. Foaming at the mouth, they are becoming insane- what better is to put them done despite how hard it is. Rabies, that is the sickness that is killing many- and the wolves are slowly becoming weaker and weaker. The humans are also making it hard for the pack, invading and looking out for blood, they are incredibly angry for the loss of many of their kind and their cattle, and now guns are killing off many members of the pack- and they are even ruining the wolves habitat, maybe that's the reason for the prey's disappearance?

However,

Word is going around about a paradise, the current alpha has heard of it- and doesn't know whether to follow the myth, was it a myth? Oh who cares, it was their only hope in escaping- they needed to- or else they'll be lost. They have to go- they are being driven out by many others, many are going to be lost, and only the strongest will make it- they have to cross many hard physical features- and its all to get to a place many don't think is real, but maybe..just maybe.. the myth might just be true.

Elyaris.

??? ???????
The season of this roleplay is going to take place in winter- and a hard one at that. It snows almost everyday, and the snow is continuing to rise in inches. Prey is scarce as stated before, and only smaller canines such as foxes roam about to catch little creatures in the snow. The matted down pine needles are all covered in white snow, or are bare- creating frosted leaves that sometimes drift to the white floor. The trees are also sagging, sometimes touching the backs of anyone walking under them, however the winds are very harsh- sometimes blowing the branches this way and that and causing them to break off into the air. Anyone who appreciated nature could at least see how beautiful it was, how peaceful it was and how that could provide warmth, but no, winters are bad, too cold and too hard to walk through, and they sometimes add to the bad mood others might have. Everything, such as vegetation and water sources are all icy and have a snowy edge to it, forcing many to find new water and making plant-eaters have to search to find any sort of green; making many of the smaller game die as well- and also increase sickness and even the spread of it due to the desperate creatures. The snow is everywhere- there is no escape from it- so far- the wolves haven't seen any place without snow, and they have even seen the rare sight of icicles, that reflect the image of the snowy forest- however there is no sound, and it is still unless bothered. Oh Elyaris, that myth of a place, it is supposed to be viewed with rich prey all about, game that stands in a beautiful meadow with splashes of color everywhere! Flowers of every scent and kind, with many shrubs and vegetation that adds to the detail of that paradise. Trees are supposed to be tall but friendly, with flowers decorating its green covered branches as sun shines above it. It is normally warm there, and has a tropical feel to it whenever it rains, however it is not hot- nor cold- how strange. But it is after all, a paradise for all creatures. Elyaris is also described to be a forest of healing- that is the biggest myth of them all- but when one is desperate, they'll attempt to believe anything about that paradise that is hidden from a human's eye.

1. The main rule of this roleplay is going to godmodding, ghosting, powerplaying, and all that, none of that please. If you wish to challenge the alpha do it fairly and don't do a: Wisam jumped and killed the alpha, then became leader.

2. No wolfspeak, and when I say that I mean: The glorious fae known as Night walked with her long pillars out ahead of her, her orbs scanned the terra and the fae swished her long banner.

3. You may only have one to three characters, and you must play ALL of them, and keep them all active too; for example someone might be speaking to one of your characters and in your next post you don't reply and only reply on your two others, which might leave them quite frustrated, so keep all your characters roleplaying and active if you want multiple ones.

4. Realistic pictures are needed, no drawings of wolves, no photo manipulations of wolves, just realistic pictures. Also, if you don't have a picture describe what your wolf looks like- but keep it realistic. Also please know that the secret word is 'escape to elyaris'. But double also know, ask me if you want your wolf to have different colored eyes, and I want a specific and or scientific reason.

5. Excessive inappropriate language is not allowed, minor language is acceptable but don't go overboard. Also remember to follow all feralheart rules.

6. Wolves are the only species you may play in the roleplay, no owls, no foxes, no lions, no nothing, just wolves, and no lone wolves either. Due to the fact that the second secret word is 'earth beneath my paws', and also due to the fact the pack is going to be moving a lot, and loners getting behind is just kind of stupid for the roleplay.

7. Be active in the roleplay please, not saying you have to post 3-4 times a day, but at least try to be active. Also, don't flood the roleplay with your posts, wait until some others have posted!

8. This is a realistic roleplay, which means no unnatural markings, no super powers, no special abilities, no items or clothing, no taking a big game down for yourself, and no extra big teeth or claws, nothing of that sort, be a normal wolf in this roleplay.

9. If your character develops rabies and is killed, you are free to make other characters.

10. Don't steal another characters appearance or personality, be unique and creature your own character that you'll be comfortable roleplaying with!

11. This roleplay is literate, so not text speak, and no one-liners of a post. Four sentences is the minimum, but you are free to exceed that limit! Its encouraged actually.

12. Hate the character, not the player, be friendly! Also, if you feel you are being ignored, force yourself in the roleplay, offer some advice, help someone, encourage someone, anything so that you don't feel left it! Don't just sit there and sulk saying: No one is roleplaying with me. :c. NO. Get into the roleplay.

13. Expect gore and blood in the roleplay possibly, due to many fights that might occur.

14. Post in third person!

15. Have fun!

The alpha female rank is currently occupied by Meowzers, and the character's name is Inxis. Being the alpha female means that they are the female leader of the pack, what they say is law and must not be challenged. This spot can be taken if another fights the alpha female and takes leadership.

The alpha male rank is currently not occupied, however is locked until Rae finds a love interest and declares him as her mate. Being the alpha male means that they are the male leader of the pack, what they say is law and must not be challenged unless the other alpha mentions something, then they are free to argue. This spot cannot be taken unless the current alpha female accepts the other male.

The high council rank is locked unless the alpha has pups. They are the pups of the alpha, and usually become alpha if the previous ones retire or die- or leave.

The main council rank is currently not open. The main council rank is a high position in the pack, they usually give advice to the alphas, and help out with others in the pack, but otherwise are below the alpha and their word is not law.

Subordinate rank is currently open, and there is unlimited spots. Apply! Subordinates are the 'normal' wolves of the pack, they do things such as hunt- protect the park- guard the pups, whatever that is assigned to them.

The young rank is currently closed unless a female has pups, but this may not be good due to the hardships the pack is going to have to go through.

Game Help / Feralheart will not connect to the front server.
« on: March 01, 2013, 05:10:39 am »
Whenever I try to start Feralheart, it says: Connecting to front server...failed. It is not a problem with my connection or with any firewall, antivirus or whatever, no program on my computer is bothered with it, but it doesn't load at all. It just says: connecting to front server has failed, I have redownloaded FH repeatedly, and no luck. I even completely reset my computer to factory mode and it STILL doesn't work, I don't think its a problem with my account either, it has worked previously before and no problems, but no it suddenly has stopped working. I have tried both of the rendering systems, no luck either..

It all started a loong while back, when the feralheart server was realy crashy and derpy.

Stories / .?? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ??.
« on: October 27, 2012, 03:10:07 am »

I flipped over in my bed, snuggling into my soft pillow with a soft sigh. I had forgetten about school for the time being; and right now, all I wanted to do was rest. It was night, 10:00 actually, and here I was trying to go to sleep so i'd wake up early tomorrow. But then, I heard something coming from outside; It was music, and it was stupid rap. I frowned, and moved in my bed, shoving my pillow atop of my head as I tried to sleep once more.  Soon, it began to get louder, and I got up, glaring out the window at my neighbor. Of course it was my best friend, Ashley, who was dancing like a crazy person across from me. "Go to sleep!" I shouted, giving a small laugh as she hit something when she heard my voice. "You scared me! You butthead!" I heard her shout, and I laughed, staring at my crazy friend. "I'm trying to sleep! Stop being such a crazy person and turn the music off!" I laughed, rolling my eyes as she flailed her arms about in irritation and I heard her yell a small 'fine'. "Goodniighhtt!" I spoke back to her, grinning when she turned towards me to glare. "Night." She laughed, closing the window as I did the same thing.

When I woke up, it was 6:00, and I was pretty early since school starts at 7:30 for me. I swung my legs over my bed, and I walked over to the bathroom. I took a quick shower, even though I took one last night; I wanted to take another one to wake me up. After that, I brushed down my short hair, curled it, and put a bow in my brown hair. I brushed my teeth, put on deodarent, and all other things that I needed to do; like put on lotion and stuff. I was really only doing this stuff because I was early, and it was my first day of school anyway, first appearances and all. I got dressed, and put on my glasses and went downstairs to go get some breakfast and get my bag. I decided to eat some pancakes and some scrambled eggs, I prided on the fact that I was a good cook, and I added some green peppers and some more spices to my eggs. I ate them hungrily, happy that I wouldn't be hungry at school, I hated being hungry at school. My mother was awake, from what I could tell by rushing water and the sound of her heels clicking against the ground. I don't know why she wears those stupid things she calls shoes, they hurt too much.

Finally, she came downstairs; and waved at me as she grabbed a donut from a small glass bowl in the middle of our table, we got them yesterday so it was okay for her to eat them. I went out to the car and got in, waiting for my mother to come outside so we could go to school and I could get this first day stuff over. Soon, she got in the car and began to drive, and I stared out the window at the passing cars. Once we got to my...new school, I got out the car and went into the building, pulling my schedule from my bag. "Okay..Ms. Evans." Oh no, I don't even know who that is...I walked to my locker with a sigh, and put in my combination. I was pretty fast with that, and I quickly grabbed my books and closed my locker. "Time to fidn my teacher.." I groaned and looked around, and I was sure that I looked pretty stupid as I did it. "Luna!" I heard, and I gave a mini scream as I turned around to see my friend; who tackled me into a giant hug. "Sup girl!" I heard her say, and I laughed, rolling my eyes. "Ashley we saw each other yesterday, you're acting like we haven't seen each other for a whole year." Ashley groaned, and stomped her feet playfully. "It felt like it, sista!" I sighed, giggling a little at my crazy friend. "Ooh! Let me see you're thingy." She pulled my schedule from my hand, and read over it and I watched her smile. "We have so many classes together, woo!"

I cheered also, and I watched her do a mini dance; earning some stares from passerbys. "Oh were gonna be late! I don't have Ms. Evans, sorrryyy! But to find her go down this hallway, turn left, then keep going straight, she's near the band hallway." I nodded at this, and I waved at my friend before going off towards my first class. "Okay...go straight.. go left.." I did exactly what she said, and I found myself at the front door of her class. Suddenly, I felt really nervous and I began to break into a small sweat. "What if they judge me?" I wondered aloud; but I sighed and opened the door. It was quiet, and Ms. Evans was writing on her papers at her desk. Was I late? I shrugged my shoulders a little and sat down, watching as she glanced at me for a moment then called me over here. "Yes?" I spoke, trying to make my voice not shake a little, I didn't like getting in trouble; no matter how hard I tried to play it off. "Don't worry, you're not in trouble." I mentally gave a happy sigh, and I watched her smile when I relaxed. "Here is you're work for today, it might take you all class, but it might not; I heard you were a very good student." I smiled at her, and said a small shy 'thanks', before sitting down and beginning my work. It was basic math, and it was really easy for me, I finished in five minutes. I flipped it over to cover my answers, and I chuckled mentally at what I did. That was a pet peeve of mine, cheating; it didn't help you, and it got you in trouble most of the time, but what I hated the most was when someone was cheating off of you, see you notice, but keep cheating! Ugh! S.t.u.p.i.d!

My next classes I passed by in a breeze, I barely talked to people other than my best friend, Ashley; even though she tried to get me to speak to some of her friends. This was my last period before lunch, and we were in history. "Hey!" I heard, looking  at Ashley who called me over to sit next to her, and I did. Someone beside me, looked over to me, and gave me a small wave. "Luna, this is my friend, Fama, she is shy." Ashley laughed a little, earning a small punch in the shoulder by the girl named Fama; who had got up quickly to do that. "H-Hi, Luna." I heard her say, and I smiled back at her and waved, watching her sit down again before the teacher came in. "Hey." I casually said, about to speak again when the teacher came in. "Hello class." He said, and I heard only a few others mumbling a hello, I said my hello too, loud enough for him to hear it. He passed out the work, not really bothering to say anything; only explaining what to do before telling us to do it and stop being lazy. I began, and of course, it was pretty easy, but for Ashley...well...I saw her struggling, and I wished I could help her, but I didn't want to get in trouble. Someone next to me, tapped my shoulder, and I turned to stare into another girl's eyes.

"C-could you help me?" She whispered, glancing over to the teacher as she pointed to three questions that she found difficult. I explained it the best I could without revealing the answer, while also trying to make sure the teacher didn't catch us. She thanked me for my help, and she did those three questions without needing to ask me for help at all. Soon, class was over, and I was about to leave when I heard the teacher call me over. I gulped a little, and stared at him. "I heard you talking today, that's gonna take away some of you're class points." I frowned a little, about to agree when the girl from earlier came in. "I was the one talking, sorry!" She laughed a little, rubbing the back of her head and winking at me. "Oh, really? Fine, you get the points taken away." He began writing her name down in his book, and putting a -10 next to it. I saw her cringe, and I felt really bad for her, but she pulled me out of the classroom. "You're welcome." She huffed, laughing at me a little, I soon realized that, it was Fama. "Oh, Fama! Uh, thanks." I shyly closed my eyes, giving her a small and shy smile.

"Don't worry about it." Fama said, and looked to me. "But now you must help me whenever I get in trouble." I laughed and agreed, and we headed to lunch.
