Axeri's head swung to meet Samja, and his ears flattened at the brute's response. "Humans?" he snarled, a drip of disgust and aggressiveness swirled in his voice. He narrowed his eyes as the bushes wavered again, excepting the humans to come forth. Suddenly, Samja turned and dashed away, his tail tucked under his legs. "Seriously?" he muttered under his breath, preparing to launch himself at the male. However, he stopped himself and turned to Ehud, a soft growl forming in his throat. "We can't just flee and head to camp. We might lead the humans there. Shouldn't it be best if we head into a different direction, so that the humans would follow us away from camp?"

Ehud raised his head, narrowing his eyes at Samja's words. Before allowed an opportunity to respond, the other brute had dashed away, tail firmly tucked between his legs. "Coward..." He snarled, muzzle curled in a growl of irritation at the fleeing wolf. Quickly, he snapped his attention back at Axeri. "Just what I was going to suggest." He remarked, taking a few strides forward, keeping his right forepaw elevated as always. "Best we lead those freakish two-leggeds deeper into the woods and in the opposite direction of the camp." He muttered, pausing to glance at the brute. "Leave Samja. No doubt he'll just return to camp like a frightened pup." Ehud bared his teeth slightly with another growl of annoyance before starting onward again, following the trail that led in the opposite direction of their territory.

Kimera huffed and followed the scent of the hunting party. Once they came into view he could smell humans. He could see them faintly through the bushes. "Run!" He howled and ran past the humans trying to buy them some time.

Axeri thew one last glance at the fading figure of Samja, before hurrying after Ehud, his ears perking at the sound of a howl. His head whipped behind him to see Kimera leading the humans away from them, and his eyes narrowed slightly as he glanced at Ehud, wondering what to do. Perhaps the humans would split and follow each wolf? A snarl escaped his maw as he picked up his pace, but allowing him to trail a little behind so he could hear Ehud's order.

She wasn't quite sure if she was allowed to eat, so hesitating, she sat. Melena curled her tail around her paws, grimacing warily when two pups came yapping and bouncing by her. Pups always made her wary, when they weren't dying or bleeding to death or coughing to death at her feet. Luckily they didn't pay her any mind and were gone before she felt forced to recoil back into her den.
