Powers: Powers envied by others, Penelope has the remarkable ability to control anyone or anything she pleases. A somewhat advanced version of telekinesis, she can manipulate movement of anything to her will. She can even alter time to a certain extent, slowing down the movement of everything around her although it does require a great sum of energy. Using this technique she is seen as having superhuman speed which is not entirely true, but she tends to use this assumption to her advantage. This whole ability heavily relies on her hands, being the source of her power. If her hands are bound or in some way not available for her to use, then it is not possible for her to use this power. She also is experienced in the art of emotion manipulation, as long as her victim is feeling an emotion aimed
toward another person. She cannot alter one's feelings towards their self such as: confidence, regret, embarrassment and so on. She is seemingly
irresistable to others, her voice calm and as smooth as silk. The more attracted one is to her then the more dangerous her voice can be. Her last-resort power is her ability to completely blend in with her surroundings. No matter where she is, she can change her skin colour and whatever clothing she is wearing to match her background. She cannot, however, move from the spot she is in unlike the power of invisibility and, depending on the time of day, her shadow is still visible.
Weapons: Her hands, a beautifully crafted crossbow as dear to her as life itself and her voice.

Personality: Penelope is a somewhat complicated individual. In a way cruel as she is manipulative, she enjoys serving punishments to those who 'deserve' them. She tends to use her powers against others often, resulting in people either fearing or hating her. She is a strong believer in airs and graces, much like her mother. She is normally seen as sadistic, selfish and sly. She tends to cover up her darker self with impeccable manners, sweet offerings and her beautiful voice. But, like everyone, she does have her weaknesses. If someone so much as mentions her mother; nevermind
compare her to her mother, all Hell will rain upon them. Penelope's soft, broken side has much to do with the fact that she was very much neglected as a child and if anyone were ever to come across this side, the choice is theirs to take it to their advantage or comfort a twisted, demoralised soul.
Bio: As a child, Penelope lived with her mother, Aphrodite. Although she was the Goddess of love, she clearly was not suited to bringing up a child. Left to fend for herself, Penny would steal food and sneak in at night to sleep in her mother's house. Despite the fact that only a fraction of her time was actually spent with her mother, she soon began to act more and more like her. She became cunning and manipulative, tricking others to do things for her easily. This was when Zeus said enough was enough. With some difficulty, she was finally sent to Calm Half-Blood as a punishment and now trains there with the demigods.
