It's very simple, just do whatever you'd do with making presets on GIMP. MediBang paint is amazing on tablets and It works just fine for presets! 
Also, @Bawfle posted a free SAI program if you're ever interested in trying that out. You can download it from this page here!
Thanks! And is it possible for me to import preset files to my phone and make them using a drawing app?

I'm interested in making presets and I have these programs. Gimp is a pain for me so does anyone use these programs and how?

After about a month or two of thinking, I wanna join the Air Force. Before, I wanted
to join the Army.

And when I found out about the Air Force website and stuff I wanted to be in USAF.
I'm planning to be either a 25B (25 Bravo), or a Air Battle Manager (ABM)

Other Games / Land of The Ferals

Some game using inspiration from Impressive Title and Feralheart.
Right now I don't have any game making experience so I'll learn as I go.

I'll be using Unreal Engine 4, along with Blender. The project will start in November or December
I'll be making a post to post op on the game whenever something happens, like I make

Ok so I did it exactly how you did it. But when I run the game, it goes back to OpenGL. I tried to save it, and save as but I guess my only option is to uninstall the game and re-install?
