The Thing (1980s version by John Carpenter)

The only movie I could NOT finish, that's how much it scared me. After 40 minutes, I turned off the tv. I will never looked at dogs the same way again. .__.

Insidious had some mixed feelings... I liked the beginning...but it seems they were limited with their budget at the end.... So therefore I have to say it was scary to a point.

I've always liked the original Excorsist...

Gothika..

The Texas Chainsaw Massacre...

The Shining I really have to agree with...that movie was a trip! The boy talking with his finger and what not gives me the chills. Lol when Im in hotels I expect to see twins standing at the end of the hallway xD

Eh...Poltergeist... that was trippy...

Hm actually the scariest thing I have seen isnt even a movie but a new show on the telly....American Horror Story...man its scary and a crazy story. It's one of the shows where you have to watch more into it to put two and two together.

The first "horror" movie I ever saw was Jaws. (Jaws isnt scary but seeing a man get eaten by a shark was to me when i was 3 xD) Next movie that kinda scared me was Signs. Only two parts scared me ._. some that scare me a little now are Poltergeist, Nightmare on Elm Street, Insidous, The Thing (not the new one), and i think it was called Unborn scared me a little. The scariest movie of all time for me... The Spongebob Squarepants Movie... yes. I can never go back in the water again... my surfing days are over...

The book for The Shining was WAY scarier than the movie in my opinion. You want a fright? Go read it!

I don't agree with the person who said paranormal activity. It was SO slow moving, the only part that really made my jump was at the end, because I got bored and was staring off into space then there was a really loud thump XDDDDD

  For me it would be...

Jurassic park when I was much younger.

Most things with Jason Vorhees or Freddy Krueger (Loved the one where they were in it together XDDD)

jeepers creepers freaked me out a little.

Jeepers Creepers is one of my favorites, though I thought the second one sucked horribly.

I watched Jurassic Park a lot when I was younger because I loved dinosaurs...

Psycho...

Mmmm.... I was thinking of Silence of the Lambs, but the Hannibal Lecter movies are more of psychological thrillers. I like all of them though. They gave me the creeps.

Silence of the lambs is awesome! But I agree, more thriller than scary really.
