AVAST antivirus clashes with the game launcher, as in it removes and quarantines the file as soon as your run it without warning. Adding it as an exception doesn't work. I just sent the file for analysis so it might be fixed soon but idk.

EDIT: If you guys are having trouble with avast deleting the game file: Run avast, click on security, go to virus chest, click on the checkbox next to feralheart.exe, click the three dots next to delete, and click on send for analysis.
it doesn't fix it but it might make avast stop deleting it soon enough.

I scanned it with my Avast, but it says its all good. but it still disappears

Yeah that's an issue with the program itself.
Send an analysis to avast. It won't fix it automatically but it should make avast think it's a safe file and stop deleting it as a whole.

For a temporary fix, you could disable your antivirus before running the game but MAKE SURE TO TURN IT BACK ON WHEN YOU ARE DONE.

I've updated it and it keeps saying that I need to update it after loading it and trying to log in.

I myself have ran into the same issue. I will get to the login screen, click on login, and it will pop up the connecting to front server pop up. Before going to the next one, it'll say "Please Download the Latest Patch" when I have. This has still happened after 3-4 re-installation attempts.

I turned if off and it worked, so i turned it back on after that, but than it disappeared. its scary with the thought of having to turn off avast to play a game

I want to inform that many players complain about the lag also not being able to use other items/markings/animations etc. from the links available on DeviantART.
Also the markings in the game from FH itself don't properly work, they all look white when trying to make a new character.
They work in the Preset Maker but not when we log in the game itself.

Me and a few others have had the issue of the character screen crashing after replacing a model skeleton to add custom animations- therefore modded animations are no longer working

When I changed color of the tuft, after saving it, it automatically changed the color of R to 0 (RGB) which resulted in having a different colored tuft from what I originally made

any "tufts" you add to a character with a preset, some how they aren't working?

After editing a character I hit done/ok or whatever, and its now stuck at an "updating" screen.

Anytime I go to go on a character, the game closes itself before I can even get into a map or in game at all. Loading Screen then Poof.

First off, I'm sorry if this is a glaringly obvious mistake on my part and not a bug.
After installing the patch on my current FH, when I go to log into my account via the game I'm told to install the patch. There are also no changes listed in the change log though there is a new update in there:
