No it isn't the optional map pack.
It's one he's spent working on since FH came out XD.
He should be proud of yourself Red.

Hello Grace Ark!
To get the custom markings, login in-game and create a character, the markings are patterns on your character (look at my avatar, those are some of the markings available).
Enjoy marking your char.
I love the party chat, its so fun inviting people. <3
