Feral Heart

Hey, so, I really like how you implied that it's possible for a map obtained from a zip file with zero executables inside to delete someone's character. This is impossible.

Lesser known fact: Feral Heart was taken apart and datamined years ago. The hacking incident would not have been possible without it. This is almost as good as having the source code, and good enough to show with absolute certainty that it is impossible for Feral Heart, client or server, to run malicious scripts from entering a map, no matter what it contains. The only way to make FH capable of doing this is to edit the source code, which can only be done intentionally. It is impossible to accidentally edit Feral Heart's source code, because you would need to either replace the EXE or run software to intentionally inject a dll--neither of which is possible in this case.

In fact, the only way for these characters to have been deleted like this is for someone with access to the server--which, might I remind you, is just you and ONLY you--to go through and delete them all manually.

I know you want to rely on people not knowing about computers to say what you want, but it won't fly. People are not stupid. Your precious little game is falling apart.

And don't forget that some of us remember your history.

HOW TO INSTALL:
If you already have an item pack installed (which you probably do if you are getting this mod), you already know where the Feral Heart folder is.
Place the file in FeralHeart > media >overlays >overlay2 and replace charcreate.overlay with this one.

Well I don't think there is another file that FeralHeart comes in. :I

That is why I am on the HELP forum, asking for STAFF HELP. Alternatively I could write you a tutorial on how to make a normal installer for me to download so I don't LITERALLY DIE because I installed a game using the miniature torrent program.

Last I checked, FH's installer uses torrent, even if you download the "web setup"...while most of the info on why is only shared on a need to know basis (and will certainly never be said on a public forum), in essence if use of any kind of torrent software--including FH's installer and preset sync--and it's detected on my internet, a series of events will occur that will most likely end with me starving to death, or at the very least being homeless without contact with any of my relatives to help me. (again, the reasons why are on a need to know basis--I promise it isn't as insane as it sounds, I'm not just making up some crazy thing that could never happen in reality!)

so like...is there a normal installer for FH and a google drive port of the preset sync? Because I wanna play the game and also not potentially die afterwards. I know it's a really weird thing to ask and I probably sound like I belong in a mental hospital but as I said the full explanation's on a need to know basis.

EDIT: Please do not respond if all you're gonna do is give me a mediafire link that's just the same installer as the "web setup" that is literally a miniature torrent program. Just because it's a different link does NOT mean it is a different file.

These are not compatible with the latest FH update, as the markings pack removes the new markings and the items pack changes the order and makes use of vanilla items pointless because even people playing the vanilla game will not see your items correctly.
