Hello, i can't get in game so i did leave it for few hours but it said i get wrong password so i need wait for 15 min but i wait for hour and try again but it said i need wait other 15 min. what should i do???

Hey there! Do you have the "Play Game" tab open while you are trying to get in? https://feral-heart.com/login/1/index.php

Also, if it is saying wrong password there could be a few things to try:
1. Make sure you don't have any special characters in your password (sometimes our game hates them)
2. If you have numbers do not type them in using the number pad - use the top row of numbers
3. Change your password and see if that fixes it.

If you did then make sure you are writing your password correctly and if you don't remember then change it in the user panel.

Have you tried changing your password? Also, as Mac said, you have that patch downloaded and installed correctly?

I've changed password, install correctly, I keep website open and I try get in the game AND WONT WORK

Make sure you really did install the patch correctly.
Make an easier password, maybe note it somewhere you can see it so you don't forget.

Maybe his game just isnt working proberly. Reinstalling COMPLETELY should help. Thank me later
