Install the FH game to another location on the computer, copy the soundfile from there, paste it into your game. Then you just can remove the copy that you just installed and keep the old.
This way you don't even need to ask other users to sort something you'd be able to yourself xD You can install countless of copies of FeralHeart onto one computer as long as the disk space is enough, and with every installer comes the default game and all the standard files any modder might want to fix back.
