Advice? Oh dear, I can't say I'm the best at it. ;w;
I'd say it's important to look at realistic references and understand the basics of where most muscles would be. It might be embarrassing to admit but take advantage of your resources and refer to them when needed!
Noticing your mistake & fixing it is a lot better then repeating the same mistake & never learning from it.
That pretty much my input for anatomy. :>

To be honest, I'm SUPER jelly of how well you can draw humans!
I couldn't draw humans if my life depended on.
