Game Help / Wonky Items

Hello there,
Upon downloading Legendary Items pack V3 I had to switch some items on my characters as usual. The one problem i'm having is I cannot find the items I want to put on my characters. For example I reset items on one character to take off a facial piercing I couldn't find in the selection list. I went to put back on the Chain Link collar and upon scrolling through the list I couldn't find it. This goes for multiple other items as well.
If there's any solution to this lag/glitch please let me know.
