How to get the menu pop up?

What I mean by it is sometimes before you open FH, a box comes up that allows you to change settings before the game launches. I think I might have messed up a setting on there (since the game is really bright for some odd reason) and I need to disable a setting.

You can always view your game settings on the ogre.cfg notepad that's located in your FeralHeart folder.
