Did anyone start this topic before? If so, a MOD can lock this.

I see so many members joining Feral heart...but none of them are normally active. They join, but sometimes, I don't see them on the forums. So, I wanted to know:

Do you go on Feral heart because you want to roleplay, go on the in-game and derp around, browse the forums, etc.?

Why are you addicted to FH?

Why did you join?

Hello. It's me...again. >.<

Anyway, I'm getting these error messages very often now, it used to be only once and a while, but now it's frequent. There's no harm (I hope) to my laptop, it's just annoying and the pages go all funky when I refresh the page.

Error 503 Service Unavailable

I can deal with it, but I was just wondering if anyone was getting the same problem. Is it just my laptop, or is it for others as well? As said, it's not of a problem, but I just wanted to see if it was happening to you as well.

I was wondering how you could put a link in your image. For example, you click on the image and it leads you to that website or area. Take Red's signature image for example as well.

Hey all you floofs out there. I was bored, so I thought I would make this...just to help those who don't know how to do the stuffies around here.

So I thought I would make a guide for those newbies out there, and I hope you learn something from this. Yeah this is lame.

How to Modify a Post

Have you ever wondered how floofs edit their post? Instead of double-posting, you can modify your post! It's pretty simple. All you have to do is click the word "Modify" on the right hand side of your post.



1. To modify your post like I said.
2. If you want to quickly modify your post, click that.

How to put a link in words

Instead of just giving a link like: www.feral-heart.com, why not put a link in words? For example: Instead of just typing out "www.feral-heart.com", why not put this instead: "Feral Heart"? They both a link in them, but the second one looks more smexy.

How to do so:

1)Copy the url link. "www.feral-heart.com"
2)Now put in this code:

[url=][/url]3)But paste the url next to the "=" and then close it with "]". That done, type in the words you want them to represent.
4) Example: Feral Heart  (Quote my post here to see)

How to insert images in your post

Ever wonder how floofs post pictures in their posts? Well, you don't have to think anymore! Just follow the steps below, and hopefully your image shows!

- Taking a image from the web -

Say you're browsing through the google images, and you see something nice show up:



Attractive, isn't it? Anyway, so, I want to post it in my RP. So I would just right click it, look down till I see "Copy image URL". Click that, then return to your post. Paste the url image there, but before the url image, type in:

Like that. But paste your image url into the middle of "[ IMG ]  [ /IMG ]"  (Ignore the spaces).

-From your computer - Uploading images -

Now to uploading images from your computer/laptop, etc. So save the picture you want to upload, and make sure you remember what folder you placed it in. Go to TinyPic or some website that can upload images you like. I'm going to use TinyPic since it's the main tool I use. After uploading the image, copy:



After copying it, paste it into your post and it should appear.

How to chance the size and the font of your post

Ever wanted to know how to do this? Well look no further - here is your answer!

Firstly, to change the size, simply insert this:

You don't necessarily have to put the number "10" as your size - feel free to chance it as long as it isn't spamming the pages! MAKE SURE YOU PUT DOWN THE "PT" AFTER THE NUMBER.

Font

This is basically like the size, instead, there is no "pt" or number in the code.

Make sure you know how to spell your font, or it won't show!

As said, you can change the font to whatever you want, but make sure you can spell it!

Hey there floofs,

I'm not sure if this can be helped or not, and if this is the right place, but I hope you know ShelbyRB's Rave/Party Wearable Item Pack. If not, you can click the link there.

Well I tried to download it but whenever I try to, Media Fire's download never shows. It's blank and only says "Type in the words below and click 'Authorized Download'". But there isn't any words and it's all blank. Normally this happens to me whenever I try to download something. So it isn't just Shelby's pack as said, it's happened several times.

So is this just me and my laptop or is it an often error? I would like to know and also download Shelby's pack...thanks for helping though!

Game Help / Yellow & Black Lines? [Fixed - Please Lock]

So I was looking at the map section, and I happened to find this nice-looking map someone made. It was for download so I downloaded it. Her instruction for placing the files in the folders were confusing, but I managed to place them in the correct files - I hoped. Anyway, so I felt like making another map so I launched Feral Heart and headed into the map maker. But when you usually open the Map Maker tool, African Plain grass land appears as your ground. But when I opened Map Maker, instead of Afraican Plain grass, black and yellow lines appeared. So I was like: What? o.o

So later today, I went on Object Maker and I uploaded the cave mesh, wanting to change the texture of the cave. But when I tried to change it by typing in the material, black and yellow lines appeared again. And so I got frustrated and I tried to delete the files, but it stilled appeared.

The ones with the "(2)" at the end - they weren't suppose to be there. When I click that the black and yellow lines appear.


Object Maker. So I'm comparing the two caves. The black and yellow one with lines are the one I typed into the material box: Darkgreengrass. This is what I got.


So, I have no idea what to do - I deleted the files (as said) for the one I downloaded, but it's still here. I'm not sure what I should do or what can I do. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Before I say anything else, I would like to mention something to the MODs: Feel free to lock this topic if needed. I don't want to offend/hurt anyone. (Not sure if this topic will. =/)

Alright, onto my topic. So today, I would like to discuss the Floof-O-Meter. Yes, the Floof-O-Meter is when someone gives another person a floof for being kind, helping them, making them art, etc. But lately, I've noticed some user's Floof-O-Meters going up each day. So I'm either wondered, "Maybe that user is doing something nice each day?" or "Is someone secretly giving themselves floofs everyday?" So, yeah. Like today, I logged on and didn't see I had another floof until now. It is nice to have someone give you a floof secretly when you log on, but everyday? I mean...I think (in my opinion) it's best if you earn your floofs instead of just giving yourself floofs for whatever reason. You feel much better when you've earned your floof. Like you just ate a whole piece of cake by yourself. (Which will give you a stomach ache, so please do not try it.)

It is nice to see your floof-o-meter going up, but if you give it to yourself for no reason, then what is the point?

So, what are your opinions on this? What do you think?

I have no clue if this is the right place or not, or even the right subject, but feel free to lock the topic if needed.

So my question is: "How do you put a download link for a present or a marking?" Like MediaFire (doesn't work on my laptop for some reason) or something like that. Because I've been thinking of creating presents and all, so I'm in the process of learning how to. Complicated, but hopefully, I will learn it in the end.

Speaking of presents and markings, is there any links I can see to help with making them? If not, I already have a link, although it isn't very clear.

I wouldn't consider myself a great artist, maybe a beginner or something. But for some reason, I felt like posting these...and I need help on what I should do and all. It's not much, but I have some sketches of animals. (Which I love to draw) I apologize if the pictures are weird-looking, I was about to scan it into the laptop but my mom looked busy so I left her alone. Instead, i took some pictures with a camera.
So just keep that in mind. x3
