What is happening?

I don't understand why my game is doing this on my laptop. It seems to log me in and accept but never load fully, telling me "Connection lost". I tried many times, it still doesn't want to work. Any suggestions on how to fix my problem? ;-;

Try waiting a minute or two after signing in on
the Log In/Play Game browser tab, before you log into
the game itself. Laptops may have weak internet
connections, so you can also try restarting the
router and sit where the internet connection
is stronger.

Problem is, I have already tried that.

Then there might be something with the
server and not your internet.
(Considering you can access the Log In tab)
Has it happened before or just today?
I suggest giving it some time and try
again later, there might be many users
trying to sign in at once.

It doesn't access it. It been since yesterday night. Maybe I need to re-download FH again, if it doesn't get fixed. x-x Thought  Wednesday it did work perfectly fine.

Could you share a screenshot of what is happening?

If you don't know how, I'll save you a bit of time:

#1 Screenshot what is happening by using the Prt Scr button.
#2 Upload the image from your Local Disk (C:) \\ FeralHeart \\ Screenshots folder and upload the image to imgur.
#3 Once it has been uploaded to imgur, right click the image and select 'copy link location' and post the link here, or show the screenshot by placing the link between the following code).

For now, all I can say is to try logging in through the login page (be sure to always keep it open when playing), then launch the game after and proceed to login as by that point it should have given the page enough time to connect to the server.

Oh! I fixed the problem, you can delete the post or whatever ^^ Re-installed it.

It is definetly something to do with your internet connection or the way the FH login page is connecting to the game.

If this helps or gives you any idea, my internet does sometimes drop on some nights, so I find it quite tricky to stay connected to places myself on some occasions. I'm not quite sure what to suggest, but you might have to reset your router again. If you were able to play FeralHeart perfectly fine the other day, then the only thing that would have change is your internet strength, in which case you might need to ask the person paying for your internet to do something about this and contact your internet provider and they might be able to provide you with an accurate answer or a solution.

Just keep an eye on it I suppose, and make sure you're always logged in on that page and all your details are correct. If you keep seeing the login box on the login page, then you have either entered in a detail incorrectly, or your internet connection cannot handle or connect properly.

I really hope this issue gets sorted for you soon. Internet issues can be a real pain.
