Failed to connect to map server. Retry?

first of all i'm using google translator, so sorry if can't understand
i played it many years ago, i missed it and decided to download it again
i installed everything right, i was able to login and create my character

but when i go in, the message "Failed to connect to map server. Retry?" appears
if click "ok" it will be on the loading screen forever
that page you need to be able to enter, is open
i reinstalled in the normal and the light version and it was the same error
my pc handle this game, what is going wrong?

Hey there! Have you tried switching to the other Rendering Subsystem? That can be changed on a crash or in-game via the settings. Often that does help some out!

Hey there!

Since you haven’t played for a while your character might be stuck in an old inaccessible map. Try using the character reset option in the User Panel. Go to the top right of the site, you see the gold box with the options (User Panel, Register, Forgotton Password). Select the User Panel option and login, then follow the on screen options to reset your characters’ home positions.

Also make sure that you have this Play Game tab open and logged in while trying to play the game:
