Well yes, she has put meshes in there- but not that one, and not in that spot. I checked, and she said she didn't put those in- plus no one else in game can see them, other than myself.
I do quite a bit of mapmaking myself so I know what meshes are x3

Then I'm a little unsure.
I think your problem is the same as people downloading items. A person download's items from Ringo & Delay's item pack and puts on 'Xanth Horns'. People ask why you have a bubble on - even though you don't - and the reason for that is because the ordering of the different item files is different from one and other.
What you could do it find out the name of the mesh (via map creator) and delete it. You might consider re-downloading it separately.
