Oh great another texture problem, this time the background's black when I'm about to log in.

Could you please provide a screenshot of what you're seeing in-game?

I believe this usually this happens when you lose 'WaterMill.fhm'. IF it's your start screen that is black. There is a backup of that file here that you can download.

Download that and head to terrains > fhmaps and copy 'WaterMill.fhm' drag it to your current fhmaps folder and replace. I could be wrong though, give it a shot anyway!

wait, full black? I remembered when i got this when the game shut off for some reason, try to restart ur game and if it doesnt word use Esarosas idea

Yes, when I run as an admin this happened. When I first opened it was fine. Now the background for my characters & the title screen is glitched pitch black.
