If you use windows, try "CRTL + ALT + DEL" and find task manager.
Sometimes you'll find some process running that doesn't need to be there & it's snagging a script that FH needs, or that's how i think it works.
I cancel the background things i don't need & the game runs, or runs smoother.

The server hiccups occasionally as well! Sometimes giving it a little bit fixes the issue
