How can I find someone?

Hey, I'm a noob at this and I was needing a way to contact someone on the site.
They gave me their forum name, and I typed it into the search. Nothing came up.
Please give me your answer, if it is correct, then i'll whisper the person again to double check that they
 gave me the right name. ^^

See that little brown bar underneath your name, icon and how many minutes you've been logged on for? Click on the 'members' tab there.
It'll bring up a new page and there will be another tab that says 'Search for members'. Click that, then type the person's name who you're looking for in the search box that comes up.
