No, TNT works fine with creeper damage off. (trust me, i got caught in the midst of it XD)

I made the archery range today.

Oh if anyone can make a donation of pretty dyed wool as towels to the Gym and sauna, just stuff it in the chest in the Gym.

EDIT:
I thought of something while playing to add onto that "be careful when using lava/TNT" rule:
If you want to burn down a chunk of forest as a means of clearing out some trees, I think it's ok just as long as you let everyone know AND have some "firefighters" to help control the burn. Because as I've found out in my Single player game, don't underestimate fire.
