Another Computer Game- WOLF.
« on: October 16, 2011, 03:28:11 pm »

This game is, quite simply, a wolf simulator created by Sanctuary Woods in 1995. In the game, you take the role of a wolf, either in a mission (such as survive for a day) or in simulation mode, which allows you to do whatever you want. All the aspects of life as a wolf are simulated, from eating and hunting to mating and avoiding hunters. The game also features an interactive wolf encyclopedia.
This game is 2-D, and is availible at abandonia. The only other game related to this is LION, but somehow It doesn't start for my computer.

How to get WOLF Working
YES, WOLF WORKS ON A MAC. Dunno how, though.

First, download WOLF here.
BEFORE clicking ' Run ', you must Save the file into C:\Games ( Or Program Files )\Wolf.
Then, you must download DOSBOX, which can be found here.
Run the downloaded installer file and install Dosbox on your hard drive in the directory C:\Games( Or program files)\Wolf. Simply entering this will create these folders for you.
Then, extract the Wolf.ZIP's files into the C:\Games folder.
Open up DOSBox, and type in the following text;;

Code: [Select]
mount c c:\games\wolf
c:
wolf
