Feral Heart

Has anyone done something like this ?
I know it won't move but I don't know how to make a elephant without the trunk and ears! x( at least the trunk

So I finally got FH to turn on! Didn't do anything specific, just messed around with pasting different files in until it decided to work.
However I have a issue the characters are showing up like this-



I was told that I needed to make sure the Masks where all in there, and they are and up to date. Does anyone know why they're showing up like this? I can't play with solid blank characters :/ event when I click presets it does this.
I also have solid white/blank loading screens despite the screens being in the textures.

I tried pasting the masks into markings and markings into masks and both into textures and now it does this-
It's...showing up as a solid red animal with stitches on the chest. ???What is this? where is that from? why is it stitched?

Does anyone have any ideas to help? The game itself doesn't seem to be detecting any colors on these characters. The scroll thing for picking colors is solid white. Some markings show up(as black) but others make the head solid white. I don't know if I am missing something but the game doesn't seem to be registering these as what they're supposed to be :/

Also certain items are crashing my game, but I suppose we'll get to that after I get the colors and markings to work.
For some reason colors show up on my laptop, but the body is white. But on my PC it is all white.

I feel terrible for asking as a kind user sent me a tutorial, but I admit I am not very smart and it confused me and didn't work so I am clearly doing it wrong...
was wondering if any kind soul here much smarter than me could help?x(

A while ago I saw a short FH music video/movie clip(?) video. It used the audio from Friday the 13th, it showed a small female wolf wandering a Halloween map being chased by a wolf, she hides in a closest and it uses the "hello poppet" line from Pirates of the Caribbean. There was some kind of dub-step-ish background music. I remember she wakes up in I think a bed with police dogs(possibly doberman) and they used the "ma'am we didn't find no boy"
"then he's still there"
lines from Friday the 13th.

does anyone remember or can find this video? I've been searching for hours under every possible combination or words with no luck and it's driving me crazy!I gotta see it again it was awesome

I've always wondered, you know how people can make their own Impressive Title/World servers with their own twist, how come no one has done that with Feral Heart ?o.o is that possible? is there a tutorial for that?
I was messing around with coding on making a IW server of my own(almost got it to start up but the Italian tutorial wasn't exactly helpful, can't speak it LOL) but is there a way to just make a FH server for myself to play around on?

(no this doesn't have anything to do with the update lol I've had this idea for ages now but never thought to ask) I know the source code was found recently, has it been released publicly or
