It was only a few days ago that Patch 1.1 was released, and now Kov has actually already released a Patch 1.11~
This patch will include the following things:
Random lag from Patch 1.1 gone.
New Emotes.
Go into Esc > Options > Interface and at the bottom there is an option to change the text blinking thing.
Objects in the Map Maker won't glitch anymore, so you won't see objects from your other maps in the one you're working on if you didn't add them.
More bug fixes.
Mods will now give you reasons for when you get banned and kicked, so now you have no excuse for telling us you have no idea why you got banned.
The report button has been removed since it never worked.
Character Bio's will never poof now; what ever changes you make to them will stay.
Your friends list won't glitch over into the blocked list anymore.
Hopefully the new physics fix makes it so your characters will be less likely to fall through rocks.
And a few other things that aren't really noticeable.

Please put up with the random game crashes until tomorrow, they could be caused by the amount of people downloading the patch at once.
