how do you activate an enb mod? (solved!)
« on: May 21, 2017, 12:28:33 pm »
i recently got brokami's hybrid enb and extracted everything into feralheart, the only problem now is that i don't know how activate the enb
i heard somewhere that you have to do shift+f12, but for me that just increases the screen brightness lol
i'm sorry for this probably stupid question but i'd appreciate any help :> thank you!

From my experience, ENB mods only work under the Direct3D9 Rendering Subsystem. If you happen to be on OpenGL, it might not work for you. I recommend changing your rendering subystem to Direct3D9 and you should be able to get the ENB to toggle on and off.

To change your Rendering Subsystem, open your game client and then select Options then go to the Video tab and then there should be an option for Rendering Subsystem.

Hope this gets it to work! ENB mods are fun and really beautiful.

it's actually been on direct3d9 the whole time, so i'm not sure what the issue could be ;;

Since Shift+F12 is in use to toggle your screen brightness, you might have to find a way to disable that as it could be interfering with your ability to toggle the ENB mod.
