I tested it for you, but I don't think it's showing up right for me.
There is not one object in the main map. So I'm wondering if you made your own groups for the objects? Or did you use the default groups (MyRocks, MyTrees, ect)?
In the water cavern the only mesh I can see are some crystals.
In the tunnels the only mesh I can see is grass.

Game Help / Meshes not showing up in-game

For my map that I'm making, I replaced the textures of some objects and re-saved them into a new group. The two I'm aware of that aren't working are, the default oak tree and public fog particle. They work just fine in the map-maker, however, if I enter the map through the cape they don't show up at all. Can anyone help me, please?
I can provide screenshots if necessary.

Also, I'm wondering how to eat as an herbivore. I go up to some grass or a bush and press ctrl but nothing happens. Is this a bug?

I wish they would make it so you can't kill (or get no points for) killing your own species. I hate it when I mate with someone then they turn around and kill me. lD
