But do there exist pairs of floofs in the community who has become lovers for real? Like actual real couples?? :3 I would find that amazing and cute

I've certainly seen mates take their relationships out of the game and to real life, I even know two wonderful people who've gotten married. Therefore the answer is yes, some people have gone further than just in-game boyfriend and girlfriend. c:

my friend Yasamin and i, though not technically "meeting face-to-face", we have done video calls
and seen each others' faces and heard each others' voices.

we met on Feral Heart, yes. but our relationship has far surpassed that of an in-game friendship.
we have reached the level of friendship i call "True Friend", which in short, is a friendship marriage,
where the two involved are in no romantic relationship at all.

I myself have found extremely close friends here in FH -sits on Morgra's head- and I actually have found someone that I do have feelings for, and we're planning on meeting up and going from there. And of course, I've heard of it happening with other people. xD

I'd say I've gotten real close friends with Kuri. We have talked about real life stuff together, on Discord. Not on video or voice call, but we did a lot of messaging.
So, yeah. I know some stuff about Kuri, and Kuri knows some stuff about me.~

I have played FH with friends I already knew prior to FH even existing, but I've never, sadly, met anyone that I've become friends with purely through the game. I am part of a group / pack in FH as of yesterday but only starting to get people in there so maybe I'll get to make some new friends there :3

I have known people to have met in FH and have gotten into relationships of all sorts, romantic and friendship alike, though, and at the time (I was perhaps around 13-14 years old) I found it quite peculiar. I still do to an extent but not as much since it's no longer a new thing to meet people online, I suppose.
