Aww dear, i'm sorry to hear this. Depression and anxiety are tough battles to face, and I can't imagine having forms of PTSD on top of that. Take good care of yourself and do your best to wind down from the stresses of life and just relax. And don't think you're bringing any negativity, that's not what I got from this. This is just one of those battles we have to face in life; the battles many of us are familiar with and can relate to. Hope you find some comfort in knowing that you aren't alone and even though it may seem difficult now, you won't have to deal with this forever <3
