Should Age really matter? (opinions please)

I bring this up because many a time when the subject of my age comes up while chatting, no matter how well we are getting along, they almost always jump up and start freaking out. Now, I'm 20 and I don't consider that very old but I guess that is ancient in Feral Heart. I would rather you not call me a pedophile, a creeper, or any such things cause honestly, I am not on FH for a relationship. I don't want a mate, I am not trying to lure small children to my home or any such nonsense. I am just here to chat, make friends, and maybe rp every once in a while.

What is your opinion on this? Is there an age too old to play FH? Or are they just over reacting?

They just over reacting, i have friends here of 9 years old up to 25 and i play good with both.
Most people in FH are from 10 to 18 years old, but doesn't mean anything.
i'm 23 years old, and i love to play here.

I agree with Thierry, but I'm only 14.  I mean it's your own decision to play and nobody elses.

I'm 17, and I have no problem getting along with users older or younger than me.

I'm 19, turning 20 in a month. They are just over reacting, FH has more older memners than you would expect.

Most of the time I don't even bother with asking how old people are online.

They're simply overreacting because of the way society is today -- or at least, how the society is portrayed by my peers at school. I can't string a sentence together without someone twisting my words and then reacting on it accordingly.

It annoys me to no end that people overreact over every little thing these days. I'm sixteen and I usually avoid people because I can never have a decent conversation with them.

I personally don't see a reason for people to overreact over age. Just because you've been on the planet a certain number of years doesn't make you anything specific. There can be people in their twenties that act like five year olds and people in their teens and act far older than they are.

I really dont care how old you are. I think you could play this and any game no matter how old you are. My brother is 8 and plays this game, idc. I have a 25 year old friend on this game, idc. I could have a 50 year old friend here and not care. Age is just a number and it doesnt matter. Now if there was a 5 year old kid on here that would be funny XD but I think maturity is what really counts.
