your opinion on video spammers?

I think that video spammers (people who make a video and post it 100 times per second)are EXTREMELY annoying. I think that the most annoying videos are the ones when someone wants to be adopted or is looking for members to join their group but i do understand that if you want to be adopted there is not really anywhere else to say so other that chat.
What is your opinion on video spammers?

The abuser of the power is annoying, yes. But I don't really see any point in the movie announcement function. Perhaps just removing it would be better altogether. Or at least off by default.

Click it, turn off Movies, no Movie Spam. Simple and easy c:

On the other side though they are, indeed, annoying. They are probably just wanting attention, like most spammers and godmodders here.

Honestly if Kovu ever returned back to the game and updated it it would be great if some sort of feature was added that would put a temporary movie posting time out on users who exceeded a certain number of movie posts. That would prevent users from using the movie feature as a method of spamming the chats... Having to block out the movie posts all together just because a certain individual or individuals abuse the feature isn't always the best option especially for those people who want to leave it on because they use it properly but just hate all the spam.

Personally from my perspective, the more movies you post, the less likely people will actually watch them or reply to your request. It's not pleasant to have a desperate group leader or pup that'll most likely develop the need to suck you into a pit by commiting suicide or killing themselves off with the almighty invisible Pooh bear the moment they're ignored. It happens. I've seen it. (Thank you buddha for the great local-RPing thing, yeah, who needs TV. xD)

I also find it very annoying, its fine when they post it every now and again but enough is enough. That's why now I just turn it off.

I think I'm a bit too trigger happy with the block tool at times, admittedly. Spammer? Block. Aggressive player? Block. Excessive swearing? Block. Harassment? Block.

Movie Spammers. I hate that word. You don't have to post something like 400 times, chances are people would of seen the movie the first time. I try and keep it to about 5 a minute. Sensibleness.
