Feral Heart

So I just got a new laptop. I installed FH, but when I try to open it, only a black window opens for a second and then it disappears. Nothing else happens, not even any error message pops up. I have tried deleting and re-installing multiple times, I have downloaded the latest patch, I have restarted my computer multiple times, tried looking through the forums for help... nothing has worked so far. My laptop launches and runs other games just fine. Also, I have had FeralHeart on all my previous devices as well, and I don't remember ever encountering this problem before.

Does anyone have any idea what might be the issue? I'm an old player just getting back into this game, so it would be a bummer if something like this prevented me from playing, lol. Thanks in advance!

Furries are people who like anthropomorphic/animal characters. I think a furry is simply someone who consider themselves as a furry.
