Its at the top, underneath the banner, you will find Forum Profile Information at the left hand side.

Click Profile, then on the left side there should be something that says "Forum Profile Information". Click that. On that page it will have a box for your Signature.

Copy and paste the url of your picture there, in between the IMG code.
[IMG]yourURLhere[/IMG ]

Then save.
