Yay.
Braces.

I got them on yesterday and my mouth is hurting like a mother-... like a censored profanity.
I spent about 5 hours yesterday watching all those YouTube videos about braces and a bunch of articles and what to use and how to help the pain and daily routines yadda yadda yadda.
I wanted to know if you guys had any tips for me while I'm just starting out.
My gums were very tender yesterday and I couldn't stand the pain so at the moment I'm just sitting here and avoiding conversations.

Game Discussion / Re: What is Your Favorite Part of Making a Character?
« on: October 14, 2014, 06:27:40 am »
I think working out the characters personality and storyline beforehand is fun, because I am into literacy and creating stories and character etc.

When it comes to actually creating the character, I don't know, I've always loved choosing the markings, eyes, and colours.
It's just entertaining to play around and try different styles to match the characters personality. Working out the design is just fun (blame my artistic eye).

I just love making characters in general. OC's or RP charries.

Game Discussion / Re: Your Very First Character?
« on: October 14, 2014, 06:19:24 am »
My first character was a reddish wolf named Eve. She had folded ears and a simple back mane. She had this pale red body and darker red swirl markings on her face and body, with a dark red mane to match her markings. I think I was trying to base her colour palette on the colours on her paw pads. But, when I look back at it now, I have realised that the paw pads are a very ugly brown that does not compare to Eve's red hue.
I tried to make her seem like this very shy, soft-spoken female that was always getting into trouble
*typical noob*

I think I am very impressed with her for a first character.
Even if I was a noob, I somehow nailed the colours...

I had a friend once who had Pawsome V4 while I had Pawsome V5, and everytime I saw her I had to put up with staring at her wig/antler covered face xD
Her PC didn't allow V5 for some reason, so, we made the most of it and made a few jokes. It's quite funny.

*Votes for wolf*
I don't know what triggered my love for wolves, but I guess it just came out of nowhere. I love all breeds of wolves and variations etc.
I have a feeling... That FeralHeart sort of helped ignite my love for wolves.

Game Discussion / Re: Canines or Felines?
« on: September 25, 2014, 02:30:52 am »
I enjoy making canines, and I have always loved wolves and canines. Don't get me wrong though, I adore felines of all kinds and actually prefer my cat over my dog at times since my dog is a bit, well... Rough. I find it easier to make canines and the models seem easier to use, whereas I've always found the felines very stocky and strangely positioned, plus I never really get any good ideas for feline characters except the odd role play character which I delete days later. I never get the satisfaction that I get when making canines compared to felines. But, that's just my opinion.
