Activation email wasn't sent :(

i was trying to create an account for my friend since they want an account desperately
and i never received an activation email

HOW DO I RE-SEND IT??? *Crying because theres nothing in spam or inbox*

Arf, from my understanding, there isn't exactly a way to resend an activation e-mail.
It is possible that the account was never created such as the registration closing before the account is made. I'd contact a member of staff, linking them to this thread and providing the username you have tried to create as well as the e-mail used for its activation. They should be able to get back to you on whether or not it exists in the user database.

This happened to me before, & it was such a pain. but I think what you could do is to try to send an e-mail to [email protected] (I don't believe you have to say anything specific, so just try to send a random e-mail) & there should be a new link sent to you within 2 days, but obviously, use the same e-mail account as the one you created your account with. I'm not sure if this still works or not, but it helped me out when it happened to me!

If that doesn't work, I would try to contact a staff member. I hope everything gets figured out! ♥

Unfortunately the email [email protected] is no longer in use and we do not have anything to replace it yet

How long ago did you register? Activation emails can take up to 48 hours (2 days) to send

ok it finally worked successfully..
i had to wait until today and make a WHOLE NEW USER ACCOUNT with a BRAND NEW EMAIL
so now i cant use the username i wanted.

it says username in use when i tried registering again with the same username.
BUT ITS NOT EVEN ACTIVATED SO HOW WAS IT IN USE? D:

it was imalittlefoxie or something like that
so now i had to use this one D:

at least my friend can finally play FH now!
