are private messages completely private?

in the game when you send someone a private message is it completely private. nobody else except yourself can see the messages and no logs are stored anywhere except in your current session? not even admins can see them or anything?

I suppose Razmirz (Server Master) can get information about your account and characters through the server console.
A console shows every executed command, chat, connection, disconnection, IP address and character file ever created.
I'm not sure if it tells him everything you say (in whispers and party chats) or not.

as far as anyone is aware they're probably kept on a log system that's ten times the length of florida.
