its been months and I still cant log in to the game!

ever since this update ive never been able to play on any computer in the whole house!
i even tried using a friends data connection and it always does the same thing
i can login and keep the "play game" page up just fine. but loging into the game always gives me incorrect username or password
its rejecting my password for some reason every time no matter what

ive tried resetting my password changing it to simple things like only lowercase letters and very short. nothing else. AND IT STILL DOESNT WORK
ive been trying for months to get on and it just doesnt work please find out what the problem is and fix this so i can play!

Try resetting the modem (and/or router if separate). Or using the login on your phone and (using data not WiFi), and try logging in on game.

Ive already done everything possible. people have already linked me those posts a dozen times and ive done everything in there a dozen times and it doesnt work

I'm not using the login on my phone. it doesnt matter if I do that or not either. it just doesnt work. the game is bugged for me and my account somehow and its refusing my password and theres nothing i can do about it until its fixed with a new update or something!
ive even tried making a new account and that wont work either! same issue cant log in to the game after logging into the "play game" tab

I'll try to write some tips, maybe you have tried them already, I dunno-
-Be sure to not install any mods into the game, some are outdated and may glitch it-
-Check your antivirus and windows defender, they may have done something with it-
-After succesfully logging into the "play game' tab, keep it open and don't rush to join the game, wait some minutes-
-Be sure your name doesn't have unknown initials like ~, because now the game doesn't accept them anymore, just change the name. Same with the password, try using english letters and numbers only-

Ive not installed any mods.

and my name doesnt have any weird characters. it only has lowercase english letters and numbers same with password
and i have tried disabling antivirus and windows defender and firewall doesnt make a difference

Few things to try:
Clear browser cache and disable any addons that may be interfering with the Play page
Re-install feralheart
Maybe look around and see if this is a common glitch (if it is, wait until mods and others who work on the game address it)
Instead of disabling Windows Defender & your firewall outright, you should make an exception for Feral Heart. You can find your firewall settings in Windows Security.

Guys, please stop posting the usual suspects, she said she had tried all those.

If you have an Ethernet cable, I'd try that (plug in the laptop to the router), to see if it's the wifi connection being weak. You don't have to reset your modem for that.

Though I'm not sure if you ever did the modem reboot. Do it at a time when people aren't using it, if that's a problem. (Unplug from the power in back, wait 10 seconds, plug it back in. Shouldn't take more than about 2 minutes to reconnect)
