I was downloading the new patch....
I had this problem before...so I just deleted the start.overlay thingy....and it would be fixed...but now it doesnt fix it..so heres just..a screenie of the problem....

eh..sorry for the small font size on it :/
I can make it out though.

Look through other folders (or use the search) and somewhere there may be another overlay that is a copy of what you already have.
