What do I upload?

I made a map, got it down perfectly (its pretty good for my first map, ill say) And I got set up in Mediafire.com Now i want to upload it. Do i upload the .map or the file folder?

In map maker you have to hit 'export.' The game will export a '.fhm' file and most likely a '.fho' file. If you included a custom sky, you'll get a '.fhs' and if you included custom weather you get a '.fhw' Others NEED the .fhm file to get into the map, and the .fho to see the objects. You'll wanna upload those.
