Game Help / Can log in site, but can't get on game

I have made a recent account where I can only log into the site but not the game, yes I have just changed my password, and it worked for the site, but when I want to log in for the game, it has a error: Incorrect username or password. Help Please?
I have recently got a message from FB from a user, but this just won't work out...I need something and please don't hesitate to comment :) Thanks!

Hey I'm Hayley! Glad too come approach and find this aweshum site^^ I wish to meet very cool peep, have fun and well, fun(:
oh, also my Friend(best friend) SpecialK42293, showed me this. She likes it herself, cuz she plays random characters xD but she is awesome in a way. Hopefully I can meet friends on here and maybe someone could show me around as well while cereal isn't around^^
